The Department of Homeland Security has issued an alert saying essentially that law enforcement be aware of returning veterans being possible recruits for Radical groups also an alert aimed at the tea parties.

I think this is a threat to free speech by the Obama Administration.

Judge Andrew Napalitano was on Foxnews today and his analysis was that this alert is a violation of our First Amendment rights and is an unlawful use of Government powers.
